My name is Paula Gómez-Sotres, I'm a postdoctoral researcher at the NeuCompLab in Hospital del Mar Research Institute in Barcelona studying how brains use social information to guide behavior. Alongside the science, I've always been drawn to the other side of research life: digging into the analysis that turns raw data into an answer, and thinking about how knowledge actually gets transfered, between and outside labs — or fails to.
neurocodeforager comes from that second interest. Too much good methodology gets reinvented, or done inconsistently, simply because the code behind a paper is hard to find or hard to use. This is my attempt to make that easier, one paper at a time.
